How does SculpSure work?
SculpSure uses an innovative, light-based 1060nm wavelength laser to effectively remove unwanted fat from problem areas, including the waistline, abdomen, flanks, thighs, bra line, back, under the chin, and neck. The system has multiple applicators that can be placed on several problem areas at once, resulting in a slimmer appearance in these specific target areas.
This laser fat reduction treatment delivers heat below the surface of the skin to destroy fat cells while using constant cooling technology to keep you comfortable. Fat cells are damaged by the heat and their residual material is then eliminated via your body’s own waste control system. The SculpSure system is safe for all skin types.
What can I expect during a treatment?
Even if you’re having multiple areas treated at the same time, each SculpSure session lasts about 25 minutes. SculpSure treatments are relatively comfortable. Some patients report mild warmth and cramping initially that typically resolves when the cooling cycle begins. Once the applicators are applied, many patients are able to read, listen to music, or watch television during the procedure.
What about recovery?
